Our location is based in Houston, Texas and serves as our inventory and primary office only. Hopefully, we will have a retail location soon! 

 

Returns/Refunds, Exchanges, and Shipping

 

Need to Return?

Please email or contact us first with your return information at hello@saludhtx.com. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery confirmation, in good condition, to our office location below. Include the order #, your name, the items you would like to return, and if you are choosing to exchange/refund/store credit.

If refund is chosen, and we have replied via email and accepted the return request:

  • Securely send the items in a resealable package or box in good condition. It is at the discretion of Shop Salud HTX to deny a return that is damaged/mistreated. 
  • We currently do not send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer. 
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and all sale items are final sale.

If store credit is chosen, and we have replied via email and accepted the return request:

  • We will add $5 to your amount for store credit!
  • Securely send the items in a resealable package or box in good condition. 
  • Send an email to hello@saludht.com when you would like to use your store credit. 

If exchange is chosen, and we have replied via email and accepted the exchange request:

  • Securely send the items in a resealable package or box in good condition. 
  • We do not offer return labels, so send the item back however you prefer. 
  • We will cover the shipping cost of the new exchanged item sent. 
  • Please note: We must approve the exchange request via email as inventory is sometimes limited. Exchanges can only be for a different size in the same style. 

 

Refunds:

Please allow 7 days for processing returns and issuing refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. We will send an email when the refund has taken place. Please note: Refunds may take 2-3 business days to show up to your bank. 

 

Shipping:

We offer $5 Flat Rate Standard Shipping across the US. We also offer free shipping over $50 purchased from our boutique. Items usually take 3-5 business days to arrive, assuming that there are no issues with shipment. We do include a free tracking number and it should be sent via email.
